EXPLORE CAPE TOWN’S SURF SPOTS IN YOUR OWN TIME
If you’re in town for a few days, have rented a car and want an adventure along the Cape Peninsula in search of waves yourself, we rent a range of quality surfboards and wetsuits. Our surfboard rental range is suited for intermediate to advanced surfers only.
Boards available for rent start in length at 5.10ft up to 7.10ft. We have a full range of kids and adults wetsuit for rent.

You’ll need to book your surf rentals in advance and make prior arrangement for collection from our Camps Bay head office. Please note that we do not have a walk-in rental service. We advise that you have a vehicle to transport the gear our location is a 10 minute walk from the Camps Bay beachfront.
Glen Beach is the closest beach to our head quarters for surfing and is for experienced surfers only. There are many other quality surf breaks around Cape Town which you can access if you have a car. Alternatively, you can opt for convenience, maximize your surf time and book surf guiding which includes equipment rental and a private surf guide to work out where is best on the day.

RENTAL POLICY
- When you rent surf equipment from us, you’ll be required to sign a rental agreement. Once this agreement is entered into, we will then allow you to take possession of the gear at your OWN risk and you will be responsible for any loss of damages whilst this gear is in your possession (as laid out clearly in the rental agreement).
- We only rent out good quality equipment.
- Our equipment is well maintained and repaired when needed.
- We do not rent out snapped boards.
- We DO NOT rent out beginner surfboards (i.e. 8ft or longer). We advise booking a surf lesson so that you have a basic understanding of ocean awareness and board handling skills before venturing out into the ocean alone with 8-9ft of fiberglass in your hands.

DO YOU RENT BY THE HOUR?
We only do half day, full day or mutli-day rentals. We are not based at the beach and therefore arranging rentals needs to preferably be done in advance to ensure we have staff available to access the gear at the time you wish to rent it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE EQUIPMENT?
Prior to renting, we will ask you to sign an agreement. This outlines all the charges should you damage the equipment.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXTEND MY RENTAL?
Just give us a call and if the equipment is available for the extended dates, we can easily make an arrangement for an extension.
HOW WILL I TRANSPORT THE GEAR?
You will need a vehicle which fits the boards inside of it or a vehicle with racks which you can strap the boards on to. We do have ‘soft’ portable surf racks for rent if required.
